Why is my order still pending?#

Some servers require manual set up, therefore, it might take some additional time to set up. If you are in a hurry, feel free to open a ticket and we’ll try to assist you.

What payment methods are available?#

Currently we only accept PayPal, PaymentWall and PaySafeCard (via skrill.com) as our payment methods.

What's the refund policy?#

We offer a 24 hour refund window on shared hosting if a staff member finds a valid reason for a refund such as a technical issue directly caused by us. Any requests made outside the 24 hour window are handled separately.

How long do orders take to process?#
